These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CatalogProof. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CatalogProof.
Parties
These Terms are between you and SM SEAMLESS DIGITAL LTD, the operator of CatalogProof, based in Republic of Cyprus.
Product description
CatalogProof provides technical-readiness scans and reports for publicly accessible ecommerce product pages. Reports highlight heuristic signals related to GPSR product-safety listing signals and EAA/accessibility issues.
No legal advice
Reports are heuristic technical-readiness outputs only. They are not legal advice, not a compliance determination, not a certification, and not a guarantee that a store complies with GPSR, EAA, accessibility law, consumer law, or any other regulation. CatalogProof is not a law firm or official compliance authority.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, making your own legal and commercial decisions, and consulting qualified legal professionals where needed.
Permission to scan
By submitting a store or domain, you confirm you have authority or a legitimate reason to scan it. You will not use CatalogProof to attack, overload, or scan systems you are not authorized to test.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, disrupt, or overload the service;
- scrape or target unrelated systems through CatalogProof;
- conduct unauthorized security testing of third-party systems;
- attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or payment gates;
- use the service for unlawful content or purposes; or
- interfere with other users or the infrastructure supporting the service.
Plans and billing
Current plans include:
- Free - sampled scan of a limited number of product pages.
- Full Crawl - €19 one-time upgrade for a larger crawl, CSV export, and a fuller affected URL list for the relevant scan.
- Monitor - €29/month subscription for ongoing monitoring.
- Agency - €99/month subscription for agency or multi-domain use.
Prices may change prospectively for new purchases. Active subscriptions are handled according to Stripe billing and any customer communications we provide. See our Refunds & cancellation page for more detail.
Subscriptions
Monitor and Agency renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through your account billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily refund past billing periods unless required by law or explicitly stated.
One-time Full Crawl
Full Crawl is a one-time report upgrade for the relevant scan, store, or report. It is not a subscription.
Refunds
Because scans consume processing resources once started, payments are generally non-refundable once a paid scan or subscription period has begun, except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund at our discretion. See Refunds & cancellation.
Availability
The service may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or fail due to third-party sites blocking scans, timeouts, network errors, Stripe or Supabase issues, hosting problems, or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Reports and accuracy
Reports may contain false positives, false negatives, incomplete crawl coverage, or stale data. Free scans sample a limited subset of pages. You must verify important findings manually.
Intellectual property
CatalogProof owns the service, software, design, report format, brand, and structure of generated analysis. You retain rights to your store and its content.
Data you provide
You grant permission for CatalogProof to process submitted URLs and publicly accessible page data as needed to provide scans, reports, billing, and support.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by you to CatalogProof in the previous 3 months, or €100 if you used only the free service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on scan results.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account where available.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction may have exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, as permitted by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
